Established in March 2020, Everything Suarve Inc was created to provide timely intervention for at-risk youth who find themselves at a crossroads in life. Founded by Joseph Te Puni-Fromont the organisation’s mission is to create positive futures for at-risk by providing them with the programs, structures, compassion and opportunities to thrive.
To date E-Suarve has positively impacted over 260 young people with a strong focus on mental well-being. The organisation’s programs have been rigorously evaluated by the Queensland Police Service demonstrating impressive results including a 90% graduation rate, 79% reduction in recidivism and a minimal 2% reincarceration rate.
The E-Suarve big brother program focuses on personal development, mental health and well-being, life skills and practical training. This has enabled participants to gain confidence, grow and re-engage with education and employment.
The organisation also has a pathway partner program which enables businesses to connect with the talented individuals that graduate from the big brother program providing employment opportunities and a brighter future.
The impact that Everything Suarve has made has not gone unnoticed with the former State Government promising $4 million of funding over the next 4 years. Should this funding proceed it will enable the organisation to reach more people and expand its program and facilities.
At Coeus Advisers we have had the privilege of working with Everything Suarve over the past 18 months. Camille Pepper the organisation’s CEO approached us to help with the company’s financial administration.
We have assisted with setting up the systems and processes so that the organisation can meet its obligations as a not-for profit organisation. This has included grant acquittals, end of year assistance with audit, payroll, salary sacrifice arrangements and GST reporting. A special thank-you goes to Rebecca Hansensmith from Coeus who has been integral in training E-Suarve staff and implementing the appropriate systems and controls for the organisation.
We look forward to seeing the continued positive difference E-Suarve will make in our community. If you would like to know more about Everything Suarve or are interested in helping go to their website www.esuarve.com.au.
